Types of Verifications.
Education checks will be conducted through the authorized Personnel's from the respective colleges / Universities across the nation. Below mentioned details will be gathered upon the verifications. Applicants name, Location, Register/ Roll number, Dates of graduation, Degree Earned, etc.. Employment Verification Employment verification is authenticated through the company HR's or the authorized officials of the company with the details provided by the candidate. The details authenticated will be Name of candidate, period of employment, designation, remuneration, reporting manager etc.. ADDRESS Verification Address Verification (Current & permanent) of the candidate is conducted through a physical visit by trained personnel of PMGS. The addresses are handled carefully so as to determine its degree of authenticity by determining factors like Address match, nature of residence, Period of stay, relationship with the respondent etc.. will be checked against the details provided by the candidate to validate the authenticity of the information gathered at the time of verification.. Reference Checks –Academic / Professional. Reference checks are conducted through the CRIMINAL /FELONY / MISDEMEANOR.. Local Criminal records are checked from the local police stations/ courts through legal firms/ security agencies associated with PMGS. INTERNATIONAL DATABASE CHECKS The IDB (International Database) check comprises of a series of search run through prominent India and global database, through a unique tool ; which picks up live data from the web site of various criminal, regulatory and compliance data base across the globe. This list is constantly updated and additional databases are added as per client requests. |
